WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Wittmann 100 Hills Riesling Dry is produced from organically grown grapes, hand-harvested for quality. Fermentation is carried out naturally using native yeasts. The wine then undergoes maturation, with 50% aged in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 50% in large, neutral wooden casks. This approach aims to preserve the varietal character and regional expression.
