ABOUT THIS WINE
11 Minutes Rosé is a Trevenezie IGT from Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine S.p.A., a historic, family-owned winery established in Verona in 1925. WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of 11 Minutes Rosé begins with a very gentle pressing of the grapes. The must is then cooled and undergoes solid decantation in steel tanks for approximately 11 hours. Fermentation occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 13°C and 16°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in contact with its lees for about 3-4 months, a process that contributes to its texture and depth. For specific cuvées, a portion of the blend may undergo fermentation and maturation in French oak tonneaux and barriques. Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine S.p.A. emphasizes a philosophy that balances traditional winemaking with innovative techniques.
