WINE MAKING PROCESS
Bodega BiniVista employs organic and sustainable viticulture practices. Grapes for the '15°, Tomir 1104m' are carefully selected, with specific attention to vineyard orientation. After overnight chilling, grapes are pressed and fermented. The resulting white wines are aged in stainless steel tanks for a period of approximately 7 months to maintain freshness and varietal character before bottling.
