WINE MAKING PROCESS
Brewed using a blend of selected malted barley and wheat, 1664 Blanc utilizes top-fermenting yeast strains that naturally produce subtle peach and apricot esters. The brewing process incorporates Alsace's noble Strisselspalt hops, historically referred to as the 'caviar of hops' for their low bitterness and delicate aromatic oils. During the kettle boil, sweet orange peel and coriander seeds are introduced to seamlessly integrate citrus and spice notes. The final brew is stabilized with acacia gum to ensure a dense, creamy white foam head and is filtered to achieve its signature hazy golden-white appearance.
