WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Genuino 2018 begins with hand-harvested grapes, meticulously selected in the vineyard. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with frequent pumping over to aid extraction. Natural malolactic fermentation is then carried out. The wine is aged for a total of 22 months in stainless steel vats, a technique chosen to preserve the purity of the fruit and terroir expression.
