330 slm

Costadilà is a pioneering natural wine estate located in the hills of Tarzo, within the Veneto region. Founded by the late Ernesto Cattel, the estate is dedicated to reviving traditional, pre-industrial agricultural practices. The name '330 slm' refers to the average altitude of the vineyards (330 meters above sea level) where the grapes are grown. Operating under the philosophy of 'articoltura' (a closed-loop polycultural farming system), Costadilà integrates vineyards with organic vegetable plots, fruit orchards, and livestock to foster a rich, self-sustaining ecosystem.
