WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Brigata Verde Rame Abruzzo Pecorino is produced using biodynamic viticulture. Grapes are hand-harvested in early to mid-September. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 15°C, with a brief maceration on the skins. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for about six months in cement and stainless steel tanks before bottle aging. The producer emphasizes minimal intervention, natural processes, and the preservation of the grape's authentic character.
