The Blank Canvas Abstract Three Rows Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is produced using 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested from a specific parcel in the Holdaway Vineyard. The wine undergoes wild fermentation in French oak puncheons, with a portion being new oak. Following fermentation, it is aged on lees for 15 months in seasoned French oak puncheons. The vineyard is regeneratively managed and certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand.
