WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Adobe Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, with fermentation temperatures carefully controlled to maintain freshness. Lees stirring is employed during this phase. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging is utilized. The winemaking process emphasizes preserving the natural characteristics of the grape and the cool-climate terroir of the Casablanca Valley.
