WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Adrianna Vineyard River Malbec 2019 undergoes fermentation using wild yeasts, with 50% of the grapes fermented as whole clusters in 225-liter oak barrels and 500-liter French oak roll-fermentors over 10-17 days at 25-30°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 18-20 months in used French oak barrels (1-2 years old) and foudres. The grapes are organically farmed. The harvest for the 2019 vintage was managed to achieve optimal ripeness given the specific parcel's orientation.
