WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tetramythos Agiorgitiko Natur 2022 undergoes a long-term alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts, utilizing only free-run wine. It is vinified traditionally at 24°C and then undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on light lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfites, adhering to a natural winemaking approach.
