WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Agiorgitiko Red Halkia 2022 is produced using organic farming methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with a short period of skin contact. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in steel tanks. It is then bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulfites. The producer employs a hands-on approach throughout the winemaking and bottling process.
