WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Albablu Vermentino is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. The vineyard is managed following organic principles, utilizing only copper and sulfur preparations. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, typically in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the wine's aromatic profile and freshness. The wine is then aged in stainless steel to maintain its crisp character before bottling.
