WINE MAKING PROCESS
Alión 2020 is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced from vineyards in Ribera del Duero. The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously selected. Fermentation occurs in a mix of temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, wooden vats, and concrete. The wine is then aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels, with a portion being new, followed by 15 months of bottle aging before release.
