WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control to preserve fresh fruit characters. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 10 to 12 months in 400-liter French oak barrels (both new and used) to integrate tannins and add complexity without overpowering the primary fruit.
