WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Bussola Amarone TB 2012 begins with hand-harvested grapes that undergo a natural drying process (appassimento) for approximately four months. Following drying, the grapes are pressed, and fermentation takes place in steel vats using indigenous yeasts, with extended maceration techniques employed. The wine is then aged for 66 months, initially in new tonneaux and subsequently in larger barrels, before being bottled and aged for an additional two years.
