WINE MAKING PROCESS
Amour de Deutz 2014 is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne, exclusively vinified from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following harvest in September 2014, the wine spent 8 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. It underwent malolactic fermentation, contributing to its texture. The wine was then cellared for 9 years, a significant period of aging on lees, before disgorgement. The dosage is controlled to be between 7 and 9 grams per liter, classifying it as Brut.
