WINE MAKING PROCESS
Amour de Gris is produced using the direct pressing method, where grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to extract juice with minimal skin contact, contributing to its pale color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under carefully controlled temperatures (15°C-20°C) to preserve the wine's fresh fruit and floral aromas. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a short aging period of 4 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This process is designed to maintain the wine's vibrant character and light, supple profile.
