WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Amstramgram Pomone Vin Orange is produced using orange wine techniques, involving extended maceration on the grape skins. For the 2022 vintage, Roussanne and Marsanne were destemmed and vinified together for about a month, while Terret Gris underwent whole-bunch fermentation for the same period. This process allows for significant extraction of color and flavor from the grape skins. After fermentation, the wines are blended and allowed to settle naturally before bottling. Notably, no sulfites are added at any stage of the winemaking process, aligning with a natural winemaking approach. The viticulture is organic.
