ABOUT THIS WINE
The Lustau Añada Limited Edition 2003 is a distinctive Sherry from Bodegas Lustau, a producer with a legacy dating back to 1896. This wine originates from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO in Andalusia, Spain. Its uniqueness lies in being a vintage-dated, naturally sweet Sherry crafted from the Palomino grape, a variety more commonly associated with dry wines. The wine is released only when it has achieved its optimal development after an extended aging period.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lustau Añada Limited Edition 2003 begins with hand-selected Palomino grapes from late harvests. Fermentation is halted early through fortification, preserving natural sugars. The wine then undergoes a static, oxidative aging process for 19 years in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. It was released in Spring 2022, having reached its peak development after this extended maturation period.
