WINE MAKING PROCESS
Anima di Negroamaro Lizzano is crafted from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain fruit purity. Following fermentation, the wine matures for four months in oak barriques, which contributes to its structure and complexity. It then undergoes further aging in the bottle before release. The grapes are cultivated using the spurred cordon system in soils composed of sand, clay, and silt, benefiting from the refreshing influence of sea breezes.
