WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Antica Torino Vermouth di Torino Rosso begins with Italian white wines, including Muscat. Botanicals are individually macerated in 96-degree alcohol for 30-45 days. The resulting extracts are then pressed and blended with wine, alcohol, and burnt beet sugar. The vermouth ripens and ages in steel tanks for 45-60 days, followed by a further 30-45 days of aging in the bottle.
