WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pinot Meunier grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness. After gentle destemming, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration (skin contact) for a few hours to extract the delicate pale pink color and primary fruit aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures (15-17°C) to retain the vibrant esters. The wine is aged on its fine lees for a short period before stabilization and bottling.
