WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Arniston Bay Rosé is produced by Stellenbosch Vineyards using grapes from the Western Cape. The winemaking process involves crushing the grapes and allowing only one hour of skin contact to achieve the desired color and tannin profile before draining the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast strains to enhance aromatics. The wine is aged in stainless steel, with no oak usage. Grapes are sourced from south-facing vineyards to benefit from cooler summer temperatures.
