WINE MAKING PROCESS
Artadi Izar-Leku Brut Nature 2019 is produced using the traditional method, involving a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create its effervescence. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Following the secondary fermentation, the wine undergoes extended aging on its lees for a minimum of 30 months. This extended contact with the yeast sediment contributes to the wine's texture and complexity. The grapes are harvested manually, adhering to traditional viticulture practices with a focus on sustainability and organic farming principles.
