WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Leitz Assmanshausen Pinot Noir Rosé 2023 is produced using a direct pressing method for the destemmed Pinot Noir grapes, followed by a three-hour maceration. The resulting juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve freshness. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel. The winery adheres to sustainable viticulture practices, including those outlined by 'Fair 'n Green'.
