ABOUT THIS WINE
Bodega Alta Vista was founded in 1998 by Count Patrick d'Aulan, whose family boasts a 250-year winemaking heritage in France, including the historic Champagne house Piper-Heidsieck. The estate's philosophy centers on combining French winemaking precision with the unique expressions of Argentine terroir. The Atemporal line, meaning timeless, celebrates the traditional French art of blending. This particular white blend is highly distinctive as it bridges two terroirs located over 1,000 kilometers apart: the cool, rocky alpine terrain of Mendoza's Uco Valley and the dramatic, high-altitude northern deserts of Cafayate in Salta.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the 2024 vintage were manually harvested in the early morning to preserve freshness. Each variety was vinified separately to respect its individual characteristics. The Sauvignon Blanc and Torrontés components were fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to emphasize fresh fruit purity and vibrant aromatics. In contrast, the Chardonnay was fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of second, third, and fourth use to build texture, roundness, and complexity before the final blending.
