ABOUT THIS WINE
The Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir 2023 is a 100% Pinot Noir from the IGP Val de Loire, specifically the Touraine region. The 'Attitude' brand, established in 2001, embodies Pascal Jolivet's commitment to producing fresh, vibrant, and youthful wines from the Loire Valley, distinct from his more traditional appellation wines. The vineyards are situated in areas with clay and limestone soils, which are noted for contributing a subtle spiciness to the wine. This bottling reflects the producer's philosophy of showcasing the potential of the Loire Valley for high-quality, approachable red wines.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir 2023 is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that are manually harvested. The grapes are destemmed, and maceration lasts for a minimum of fifteen days, with gentle pumping over to enhance fruit subtlety and integrate tannins. Fermentation is carried out using wild yeasts in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, ten percent of the wine is aged in new oak barrels, while the remaining ninety percent matures in stainless steel vats for approximately seven months.
