WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Auxey-Duresses Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation is initiated in tanks and then transferred to oak barrels, where it continues along with malolactic fermentation. The wine undergoes aging for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels, with a portion of new oak used. The Prunier estate practices sustainable viticulture, aiming to express the unique characteristics of the Auxey-Duresses terroir and the specific vintage.
