WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Aveleda Parcela do Roseiral 2020 is produced from 100% Alvarinho grapes sourced from a specific single vineyard plot. The grapes are hand-harvested with bunch selection. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures. Following fermentation, 70% of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, while the remaining 30% is matured in French oak barrels for nine months. This portion also benefits from contact with fine lees and battonâge. The wine then undergoes an additional nine months of bottle aging before release.
