B&W Black & White Clairet

A unique collaboration between Taiwan's pioneering Weightstone Vineyard Estate & Winery and Buvons Nature, an annual natural wine fair curated by leading wine authority Yusen Lin. Born from the challenging subtropical climate of Changhua County, this experimental field blend represents the 'Indistinguishable Black & White' concept. It pairs the high-acid, dark-skinned Black Queen grape with the highly aromatic, white Musann Blanc grape. Weightstone, recognized globally for its artisanal approach, crafts this limited-run wine to showcase the unexpected synergy of Taiwanese hybrid varieties, resulting in a highly sought-after bottling poured at Michelin-starred restaurants and state banquets.
