WINE MAKING PROCESS
Baglietti Prosecco No.10 is produced using 100% Glera grapes sourced from the Piave area. The grapes are harvested at peak maturity and gently pressed. After alcoholic fermentation, the base wine is clarified and then undergoes secondary fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat/Marinotti method. This process involves adding sugar and yeast to create the wine's effervescence. The wine is then sterile filtered before bottling.
