WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Baglio di Grìsi Grillo 2020 is produced using grapes that are delicately destemmed and crushed. The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures ranging from 13°C to 18°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of one month to develop volume and structure. Further aging occurs in steel tanks for four months, followed by two months of bottle-aging before release. The producer employs hand-harvesting and selection of grapes as part of their viticultural practices.
