WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes, primarily Grenache and Syrah, are harvested at optimal ripeness. Traditional vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the vibrant fruit character. Extraction is managed carefully through pumping over (remontage) to obtain supple tannins. The wine is aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks before bottling, avoiding oak influence to maintain a fresh, fruit-forward profile.
