WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Gaja Barbaresco 2020 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from 14 different vineyards within the Barbaresco DOCG. Each vineyard's fruit is fermented and macerated separately. Following this, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in oak, after which it is blended and spends an additional 12 months aging in large oak barrels (botti) before release.
