WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Albino Rocca Barbaresco Ronchi is produced using 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Traditional fermentation techniques are utilized. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 20 months in large format (20 hl) German and Austrian oak casks. An additional period of at least 9 months of bottle refinement precedes its release. Viticultural practices include reduced treatments and the exclusion of herbicides in the vineyard.
