WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barbera d'Alba Superiore I Patriarchi 2020 is produced from 100% Barbera grapes harvested manually in early October from the Fausoni and San Cristoforo vineyards in Neive. The winemaking process involves a traditional maceration period of 8-10 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months in wooden barrels, which include French oak barriques. This approach aims to develop the wine's structure and complexity.
