WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Barbera d'Asti Bricco dell'Uccellone are harvested in the latter half of September. Maceration on the skins lasts for 20 days at a controlled temperature, with fermentation occurring in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 15 months in 225-liter oak barriques, followed by 12 months of bottle aging before release.
