WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barbera d'Asti La Martina is produced from 100% Barbera grapes harvested manually in small boxes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation also in steel. The wine then ages for 18 months in stainless steel vats, without the use of oak barrels. This winemaking approach is guided by a philosophy of organic viticulture and a commitment to expressing the authentic character of the grape and its origin.
