WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barilà Langhe Nebbiolo 2015 is produced using traditional red wine fermentation methods, including maceration for approximately 15 days at temperatures ranging from 24-28°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for about 10 months in large Slavonian oak casks, a practice that allows for gradual maturation and flavor development. The wine then undergoes a further 3 months of bottle refinement before its release. Società Agricola Dosio Vigneti Srl employs integrated pest management and low-impact winemaking techniques, balancing traditional approaches with modern equipment housed within their historic cellars.
