WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo Bric dël Fiasc 2013 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation is conducted with native yeasts, and each vineyard parcel (cru) is vinified separately. A significant maceration period is utilized to extract color and tannins. The wine is then aged according to Barolo DOCG standards, which include a minimum of 38 months total aging, with at least 18 months in barrel. Specific to this wine, aging involved 10 months in neutral French oak, one year in large casks, and ten months in stainless steel. The 2013 vintage benefited from favorable weather conditions, contributing to grape quality.
