WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from the estate's vineyards on the Bricco Boschis hill. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, utilizing a traditional long maceration on the skins (submerged cap) for approximately 20 to 35 days. The wine is then aged for 3 to 3.5 years in large Slavonian oak casks (botti) of varying capacities, followed by further refinement in the bottle before release. No fining or filtration is used.
