WINE MAKING PROCESS
Claudio Boggione Barolo Brunate 2020 is produced using traditional methods. Fermentation is spontaneous, with maceration on the skins lasting 15-20 days at low temperatures, typically in stainless steel or large oak vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 to 36 months in large Slavonian and French oak barrels (botti). The estate employs organic farming and sustainable practices, including strict green harvesting, to ensure grape quality. An additional year of bottle aging is common before release.
