WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vietti Barolo Brunate 2020 was produced using 25% whole clusters during fermentation with a submerged cap. Approximately 15% of the must was concentrated through saignée. Malolactic fermentation was completed over four months in used barriques, followed by aging in traditional large wooden barrels. Barolo DOCG regulations mandate a minimum of three years of aging, with at least 18 months in oak.
