WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Arnaldo Rivera Barolo Bussia 2017 involves fermentation with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10-20 days at controlled temperatures up to 30-32°C. Malolactic fermentation often occurs in oak barrels. Aging is extensive, typically for at least 18 months in large Slavonian oak or French oak casks, followed by bottle aging. Manual harvesting with grape selection in the vineyard and cellar is practiced. The winery's approach prioritizes minimal intervention to express the fruit and provenance.
