WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo del Comune di Monforte D'Alba is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, with maceration lasting approximately 10 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in large wooden barrels. The winery, led by Sara Vezza, champions organic and sustainable viticulture, operating as a 100% carbon-neutral facility. This approach balances traditional winemaking with a modern philosophy focused on elegance and natural expression.
