WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mauro Veglio Barolo 2020 is produced using traditional winemaking methods. Grapes undergo maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation for another 20 days. Malolactic fermentation also occurs in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak. Bottling is performed without filtration or clarification.
