WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for this Barolo DOCG begins with separate fermentation and maceration of grapes from different vineyard parcels in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days, utilizing indigenous yeasts and controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for 30 months in large Slavonian and Austrian oak barrels. The final blend is assembled before bottling, followed by at least six months of bottle aging before release. The estate employs certified organic viticulture practices.
