WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo Margheria is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. After harvest, the grapes undergo maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12-15 days with controlled temperatures. The wine then matures for 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks (25hl) before bottling. The estate employs sustainable viticultural practices, including integrated pest control, organic fertilizers, and minimal sulfur dioxide usage.
