WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Barolo Monprivato is produced using traditional winemaking methods. Following harvest, the Nebbiolo grapes undergo fermentation with a floating cap for 20 to 25 days. This process is followed by approximately 30 months of aging in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels. The estate's approach emphasizes allowing the terroir to express itself through meticulous vineyard management and a hands-off winemaking philosophy.
